Sudan, We Care: Music, Food and Gathering
About This Event
The Sacramento gathering continued the Sudan, We Care series with an evening celebrating Sudanese culture through music and food while raising critical funds. Hosted by the Sudanese Association of Greater Sacramento (SACSAGS), the event drew the Sacramento Sudanese community together around a shared mission. Proceeds supported SPAFS's ongoing Takaya kitchen operations and agricultural assistance programs serving internally displaced families in Sudan. SACSAGS is a nonprofit organization dedicated to gathering and uniting the Sudanese people of the Greater Sacramento area.
